Waiting area

Once you are signed in, the invigilator will ask you to take a seat in the waiting area and give you a card to read with some instructions concerning your exam. In addition to comfortable seating, the waiting area is equipped with lockers for personal effects, a water cooler and with WC facilities.

Exam candidates are not allowed to take any personal effects into the test area. Your invigilator will assign you to a locker and provide a key (there is no charge or deposit required). You must place coats, bags, umbrellas and any other items in your possession into the locker.

Locker space is limited, so please do not bring more than is necessary to the test centre.

For security reasons, phones must be switched off as soon as you enter the test centre and placed inside the locker before you take your test.

You should now have a few moments to relax and collect your thoughts before the invigilator takes you through into the test area.

TESTER'S TIP
The test room is air conditioned, so make sure you keep a jacket or light sweater with you, even if it feels quite warm in the waiting area, in case you find it chilly in the test room.
