Wealth Management Forum
Among the most successful of the CISI’s educational initiatives, Professional Interest Forums are a key benefit of membership and a cornerstone of Continuing Professional Development. The Wealth Management Forum has over 200 members.

Christopher Jones-Warner FCSI, Playing Hamlet (Chairman)
Christopher has a background in private client fund management. He managed funds for clients of Quilter Goodison until 1995 when he became Director of Investment Management at solicitors Bircham Dyson Bell and was a main board Director of the Association of Solicitor Investment Managers.
Christopher was a Member of the Stock Exchange and has lectured widely in portfolio construction and equity markets as well as coaching candidates for the Institute’s Private Client and Investment Advice and Management diploma examination.
Christopher worked for some time as a Senior Adviser to the CISI, helping to develop both the CISI Masters in Wealth Management and the CISI Masters in Investment Management. He is a consultant to Defaqto, the financial research consultancy, as well as a director of Playing Hamlet, the strategic implementation and coaching company. He chairs many of the CISI’s CPD seminars and conferences, including being a founder of the Institute’s Wealth Management Forum.

Bruce Weatherill MCSI, Executive Consulting (Deputy Chairman)
Bruce Weatherill is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience, including 10 years as head of the wealth management practice at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Bruce has an agreement in place with the Dow Jones Group to carry out an annual global wealth management survey; the first report, 'Wealth Management After the Crunch', was issued in July 2009.

Frank Dolan, Chartered MCSI, Novatis Asset Management (Deputy Chairman)
Frank Dolan is a former stockbroker, joining Laurie Milbank & Co in 1972. Since leaving he has been a direct sales Financial Consultant, a direct sales branch manager for a major insurance company, an IFA and a discretionary investment manager.
Frank is on the CISI Wealth Masters Portfolio Construction Theory panel and has worked with SOFA as a mentor for candidates taking the CII Investment Portfolio Management exam. In the past he has also worked with US and international organisations to help improve the standard of financial services sales advisors in the UK.

Michael Clark FCSI, Charles Stanley
Michael Clark became a member of the Stock Exchange in 1970. He joined Charles Stanley in 1976, became a partner in 1982 and a Director in 1988. He is responsible for asset management, dealing, private client brokers and research.

Jason Dalley MCSI, Rathbone Investment Management
Jason Dalley has managed investments for individuals for the last 16 years. He is currently an investment director at Rathbones. Prior to joining Rathbones, Jason worked at Ely Fund Managers and Killik & Co Stockbrokers.
Jason has spent most of his city career in London but is now based in Bristol.

Amy Lazenby MCSI, Wilson King Investment Management
Amy Lazenby is the founding partner of Wilson King Investment Management. Wilson King has a global outlook and typically caters for time constrained business clients based in the City of London.

David Lough FCSI, Heartwood Wealth Management
After graduating from Oxford University in History and Modern Languages, David specialised in shipping and then international investment banking, spending some time in Japan, Hong Kong and Australia, before becoming a Managing Director of County Natwest Investment Bank.
He joined Cripps Harries Hall in 1988 in a joint venture to found the business that has now evolved into Heartwood. On demerger from Cripps Harries Hall in late 2001, David was appointed as Chief Executive of Cripps Portfolio, which rebranded as Heartwood Wealth Management. David became Chairman of Heartwood in March 2009.
David founded and was Chairman of the Association of Solicitors Investment Managers in 1993-1996. He is currently a member of the Financial Services Forum's Wealth Management Committee.
David is chairman of the Temple Grove Schools Trust Charity and a trustee of Beckett's Trust Housing Association Ltd., the Skyrme Hart Charity and Friends of Penshurst Church. He is currently researching and writing a series on previous Prime Ministers and their private wealth.

Peter Moores FCSI, Raymond James Investment Services
Peter joined Raymond James Investment Services in 2004 as MD and became the CEO in 2005.
Peter has twenty years of international experience working for Chase Manhattan Bank, DAB Bank and SELFtrade UK.
