Narrative Exam Results

For narrative exams such as CISI Masters, Diploma and Advanced Certificates, results are available on the published date approximately 9 weeks after the exam. You will be sent notification by email of the date you can access your result online to check Candidate Results.

You will need your Candidate Number and Results Access code, and you can find those in:

• The exam reminder email you received five days before the exam
• The results access code reminder email you received the day before the exam

Exam Grades

A - Distinction (Likely to require at least 80%)
B - Merit (Likely to require at least 65%)
C - Pass
D - Marginal Fail (Within 3 marks of the pass mark)
E - Fail (30% to Grade D boundary)
U - Unclassified (Less than 30%)


Certificates

Please note, results will not be released, nor certificates dispatched, until a candidate has completed a Qualification Registration Form (QRF). Please complete the form online  and allow 24 hours for processing.


Marks Analysis

If you were unsuccessful this time, you may want a marks analysis to give you more information on how you can target your revision to improve on your result next time.  These are only available for up to six weeks after the published result date.
