One of the key membership benefits, the Professional Interest Forums are FREE events open to FCSI, MCSI, ACSI and Affiliate members. Students may attend one PIF meeting per year. The Forums enable members to meet and listen to presentations from practitioners in the industry, as well as engage in open discussion. They are a unique opportunity to share ideas and concerns in a confidential setting as they are conducted under the Chatham House Rule:

"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed".

The Forums are run by six committees, who each work closely with CISI staff to plan forthcoming events, identify areas of interest and source speakers. Annual committee elections are held in February/March.

To book any of the below events, or to be added to the mailing list so that you will receive invitations to future events, please email pifs@cisi.org stating your member number and which forum(s) you are interested in or call the Membership department on 020 7645 0650.

Training Directors Forum:

There is also a quarterly meetings for those in HR and /or Training roles. For information on this, please email: trainingdirectorsforum@cisi.org. Please note the Training Directors forum is open to members and non-members working in HR and Training roles.
